I was very fortunate to have Alex handle my problems today. This is the third time that I have called in the last two weeks. Every time was the same problem. It took me 30 minutes, and several attempts to get my computer turned on and working in the morning. Today, with Alex at the controls, he took about 90 minutes to completely clean my computer, and speed it up to where it should be. He was very knowledgeable, and put his expertise to work for me. He completely cleaned the computer, and got the computer to operate like it should. He was very friendly, and did not talk to me like I was a "Dummy". He was great to explain everything to me, where I could understand it. He spoke very plain, and did not seem to get upset when I asked him to repeat something. I would like to thank and commend support@Techned .com for the excellent help and response I received this afternoon with my laptop computer. I had the privilege to work with Sagar Sharma and explaining the problem I was experiencing with my Samsung for the last 10 days. Sagar very patiently explained to me what was causing the problem and how to correct them. This process took several minutes but he patiently kept me informed as he worked to solve the problems. I would recommend him highly to friends or family. I hope this reaches Mike Smith's Supervisor Steven. Mike Smith has been working on my computer for the last little while. To date it has been working pretty good, but again today it crashed. So I called Mike Smith for help. I just want to commend him for all his hard work and time trying to get my computer up and running again. He spent a lot of time working on it, and stayed over his shift schedule to complete his work. And I thought that was very good of him to do this. Knock on wood, the Computer is working full capacity again. But as I said to Mike, if it crashes again or something goes wrong, he would be the one I would ask for. He is very polite through his chat messages to me and seems to know his work as a computer tech.

Just wanted to thank your employee Naveen et al that helped eliminate the issue I was having gaining access into my Microsoft Outlook. I just received the computer with 2010 Office Home and Student installed last Friday which contained many issues from the company that installed it.. When I tried to enter into Outlook I was unable to. It took many hours of my afternoon today but with patience on your team's part (and mine….) it is up and running as it should be.

I would like to take a moment and recognize one of your employees who I consider the best at what he does. Arun Narayan Singh solved my sound issue with my desktop and made sure that everything was operating the way it was supposed to. He took the time to hear my concerns and fix the issues. I was on the phone with him for about two hours which I did not mind at all since the issues were being resolved. My computer was being worked on for a week and within 2 hours Arun Narayan Singh fixed the issue. He is the reason for my change in attitude about Techned.
